Hichem Denguezli

Born in Fribourg and raised in Lausanne, Hichem Denguezli built a career spanning more than fifteen years in international private banking, first in Switzerland and then in the Middle East — including nearly five years in the United Arab Emirates in leadership roles: Head of Representative Office, then COO/CFO.
In Dubai, he headed CA Indosuez's representative office and led the creation of a DIFC-licensed branch: securing the regulatory licence and setting up operations and the control framework, in coordination with teams in Switzerland and Paris.
His career has also taken him through numerous international internal audit engagements — Switzerland, Europe, Asia, the Middle East — covering the assessment of control frameworks, organisations and risk.
He also puts the network built over his career to work in a focused talent-identification practice, having contributed to the placement of executives and specialists in risk, audit, internal control and private banking operations.
Hichem Denguezli works in French, English, Arabic and Spanish. Through Denguezli Advisory, he puts this experience to work for executives and institutions, with a pragmatic approach centred on operational issues and quality of execution.
